Developer of a novel magnetic plasma shaping system for fusion energy. This system uses magnetic fields to enhance plasma flow, control density, and reduce turbulence in magnetic confinement fusion reactors. The technology aims to improve energy confinement and stability, potentially leading to more efficient and sustainable fusion power generation. The approach involves modular, toroidally distributed magnetic constriction zones that modulate internal plasma dynamics without direct material contact, preserving reactor integrity. Development includes linear and partial-loop testbeds, simulation-aided refinement, and eventual integration into toroidal configurations. This prestigious EU funding initiative supports bold, high-risk, high-reward research and innovation projects, with funding up to €3 million. We have already formed the minimum eligible consortium to enter the programme. However, to maximize our chances of success and impact, we are now focused on bringing in strategic partners who share our vision and can strengthen our interdisciplinary approach.
