Within Cluster 5, BLUE is particularly interested in projects concerning zero-emission road transport, electric and modular powertrains, battery integration and durability, sustainable aircraft, noise reduction, autonomous and electric vessels, railway innovation, circular mobility and data-driven product lifecycle management.
BLUE can contribute by defining technical requirements and system architectures; developing components, subsystems and digital models; performing structural, thermal, CFD, NVH and aeroacoustic analyses; optimising designs for weight, efficiency, manufacturability and circularity; and supporting the integration and validation of prototypes and demonstrators.
The company is especially interested in proposals combining engineering, manufacturing and artificial intelligence—for example, digital twins for mobility systems, AI-based optimisation, predictive maintenance, automated design verification, smart manufacturing and data-driven decisions concerning component reuse, remanufacturing and second life.

The objective is to build complementary partnerships capable of transforming research results into validated, manufacturable and scalable solutions for competitive, safe and climate-neutral European mobility.
