About

The Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations (OEPCR), established in 2020 and based in Nicosia, Cyprus, is a cross-governmental, non-profit entity dedicated to advancing Cyprus's creative and cultural sectors through international cooperation . Its mission encompasses promoting contemporary Cypriot artistic creation and integrating Cyprus into European and international cultural networks.

OEPCR manages several key initiatives including

  • Creative Europe Desk Cyprus

  • National Contact Point for the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme

  • New European Bauhaus National Contact Point (Policy)

  • Coordination of Cypriot network of Anna Lindh Foundation

Through these roles, OEPCR provides continuous support, training, and empowerment to Cypriot artists and cultural organizations, aiming to maximize the absorption of European resources and strengthen Cyprus's cultural presence internationally.
