Ideas for Change

Ideas for Change is an innovation consultancy based in Barcelona that works at the intersection of sustainability, participation, and systemic transformation. We collaborate with public institutions, cities, research organisations, and mission-driven companies to co-design strategies that promote inclusive, regenerative, and future-oriented change.

Our expertise spans participatory methodologies, stakeholder engagement, science communication, and governance innovation. We are particularly skilled in designing and facilitating co-creation processes that engage citizens and communities in shaping policies, public services, and urban environments.

Ideas for Change has extensive experience leading communication and engagement work packages in European projects, particularly under Horizon Europe and the New European Bauhaus. We currently participate in initiatives such as GreenInCities, HeritACT, ETAIN, and DataLog, contributing to nature-based urban solutions, cultural heritage innovation, citizen science, and experimental data governance.
