We are a non-profit housing organisation that builds permanently affordable homes for low-income residents in Brussels thanks to the innovative community land trust model. By separating ownership of land and buildings, residents can buy a home without buying the land. As a result, on average, our homes cost 40% less than those on the private market! Residents are involved in the design and management of our housing projects. We support them throughout the process, empowering them to manage their homes independently. We also collaborate with local associations to ensure our projects meet the needs of the neighbourhood, integrating community infrastructure into the projects. Together with residents, we develop social initiatives such as after-school tutoring or bicycle training.
