Expanding the Community of Practictioners and Investors for Financing NEB projects

We are seeking partners/partnerships interested in:

1. Exploring possibilities to connect various financing streams (banks, impact investors, green and community bonds) and opportunities to new generation of public investments. Especially materialising the concepts of accessibility, inclusion and multifunctionality, developed under the principle/concept of NEB. We can offer interested parties all over EU, FOCUSING ON Danube region,

2. Application of Bauhaus principles in their projects, offering EU and global network of Bauhaus community stakeholders through the EU Commission Living Lab NeBoD and network of national level NeB representatives, supporting implementation of national cohesion policies.

Expertise to offer

1.     Financing Green Transition: connecting private and public institution in development of accessible and including public spaces, rethinking the public-private nature of financing:

a.     Connecting ESG, CSRD, Green and Just transition in new spatial planning development approach, linking future public investments with private initiative and delivering new financing and managing concepts.
