BUSINESS-02: Bottom-Up Social Entrepreneurship Labs for NEB-Aligned Neighbourhood Co-Creation

Combining a top technical university, renowned urban-design studio and regional municipal network, our cluster runs co-creation hubs that have launched 120+ civic start-ups. For this CSA we will deploy a three-tier “Neighbourhood Venture Lab” model: ① participatory visioning to surface local challenges; ② micro-grant accelerator pairing residents with designers and mentors; ③ policy sandbox to embed ventures into municipal regeneration plans. The cluster supplies entrepreneurship curricula, impact-measurement frameworks and access to a cross-Euro-Med investor pool. Expected outcomes: resilient local economies, inclusive public spaces and transferable NEB toolkits. We are looking for cooperatives, social-finance bodies, cultural foundations and digital-platform developers to replicate the model in diverse socio-economic contexts and scale successful ventures across Europe.
