Deduce Data Solutions is a scientific team based in Santander (Spain) specialised in Industrial Process Intelligence: AI that understands the physical and operational structure behind complex industrial processes, so that energy use, quality variability and operating decisions can be explained before they are optimised. Understand before optimising.

We combine physics-informed and causal machine learning with the process knowledge of the plant team, working on real plant data from furnaces, thermal processes and continuous or batch manufacturing lines. Our methods run as a layer on top of existing assets, with no new capital equipment, and cover three areas: energy and thermal optimisation, process stability and quality, and decision support for planning and operations.

We have delivered projects with industrial partners in steel forging and casting, wind energy equipment, automotive, cement and food, and we know the Spanish public programmes for industrial energy efficiency and digitalisation.

In a Horizon Europe consortium we can act as SME technology partner and work-package leader for data analysis, modelling and validation of energy savings in industrial pilots (Cluster 4 twin transition and advanced manufacturing, Cluster 5 industrial energy efficiency and decarbonisation). We are looking for industrial end users with a process to model, research centres and coordinators building proposals for the 2026-2027 calls.
