Łukasiewicz – PORT is a modern research and development center based in Wrocław and part of the Łukasiewicz Research Network. As one of the largest research institutions in Poland, we focus on technological innovation and interdisciplinary scientific research that drives the development of new technologies – particularly in the fields of health, biotechnology, and materials engineering.

Łukasiewicz – PORT comprises three research centers: the Population Diagnostics Center, the Materials Science & Engineering Center, and the Life Sciences and Biotechnology Center.

Across 18 research groups, 159 scientists from Poland and abroad are currently carrying out over 50 research projects with a total value exceeding PLN 270 million.
