Civil Society repressentative. Fundación Cibervoluntarios is a Spanish non-profit foundation and pioneer in technological volunteering since 2001. Our mission is to foster social innovation through digital empowerment, focusing on reducing the digital divide and strengthening societal resilience. As we aim to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access, learn and use technologies, we have a special focus on vulnerable groups (children, women, people over 55, people living in rural areas, people with disabilities, unemployed, migrants…). WE work with a vast network of over 4,000 cybervolunteers and 8,000 public/private grassroot organizations (LIVING LABS), training 100,000+ individuals annually in digital skills
As a civil society actor, we bring strong expertise in user-centric approaches, including ICT pilots, social living labs, and focus groups. We contribute to the development and validation of methodologies and use cases, UX/UI design, data analysis and its translation into system requirements, and GDPR-compliant practices. We also support prototyping, pilot testing, and the creation of inclusive learning tools and digital solutions adapted to diverse groups. Additionally, we design and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and maximize project impact.
