IULM University

The University Institute for Modern Languages (IULM) - known as IULM University - is a university located in Milan, Italy. It was founded in 1968 and is organized in three faculties (Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Interpreting and Translation, Faculty of Arts and Tourism) and three departments (Department of Business, Law, Economics and Consumer Behaviour, Department of Communication, Arts and Media, Department of Humanities). Teaching staff include managers and professionals from media and communication, professional services, business, public administration and cultural organisations. Born as a reference point for training in the fields of languages and communication, it has also become a pole of excellence in the areas of tourism and the enhancement of cultural heritage.
