UNICAS, founded in 1979, is a public research institution committed to research, education, and knowledge transfer, with strong regional ties in central Tyrrhenian Italy and a clear international orientation. It comprises five PhD Schools, over 9000 students (including >100 doctoral candidates), 280 academic staff, and five Departments on a single campus with laboratories, student accommodation, and sports facilities. UNICAS is a member of the European University of Technology Alliance (EUt+) and has more than 15 years’ experience in international programmes taught entirely in English.
