Network of Afghan diaspora organisations in Europe

We work primarily with Afghan diaspora and migrant youth in Belgium, and more broadly on migrant inclusion, isolation, and wellbeing among asylum seekers and refugees in Europe.

Through fieldwork, workshops, and policy-oriented engagement with NGOs and asylum centres, NADOE has extensive experience supporting migrant participation, youth, and vulnerable groups across Belgium. It contributes to projects like Power2UAMs, ensuring unaccompanied minors’ access to services and participation and training Red Cross staff on Afghan newcomers’ cultural and psychosocial needs.

NADOE delivers information sessions for asylum seekers and provides cultural mediation and training for legal guardians and social workers of unaccompanied minors. Through these initiatives, NADOE engages with local authorities, NGOs, diaspora networks, and EU institutions to strengthen integration, inform policy, and build capacity.
