The Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) operates within the internationally oriented discipline of security studies and focuses on multidisciplinary research and education addressing contemporary security challenges.

ISGA offers a broad and coherent educational programme, including bachelor’s and master’s degrees and minors, which prepare students for careers within the wide-ranging field of security and international affairs. The programmes combine academic rigour with societal relevance, encouraging students to approach complex security challenges from multiple perspectives and to contribute to their understanding and resolution.
