About
The Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR) is a non-profit state-funded R&I facilitator promoting the interests of Bavarian stakeholders within the European Research Area. On behalf of its partners, BayFOR represents the research interests of more than 30 public universities in Bavaria, Germany. In general, it informs, advises and supports Bavarian universities, Research and Technology Organisations, businesses and other entities in their efforts to obtain European funding for R&I projects. For Horizon Europe - Cluster 2, we can mediate contact to suitable consortium partners with sound SSH expertise from the region of Bavaria, i.e. scholars, SMEs, local and regional authorities, NGOs, as well as potential applicants from the culture & creative sector. Together with colleagues from other units at BayFOR (ICT, Engineering & Natural Sciences, Health & Biotechnology, Environment, Energy & Bioeconomy), we facilitate smooth inter- and transdisciplinary integration of rather techno-scientific research into primarily SSH focused consortia. Besides networking, we offer tailor-made administrative and scientific support in the application process to boost your chances for being selected for funding (key prerequisite: your consortium should include at least one Bavarian beneficiary).
