EQUIPOP

Equipop is a Paris-based feminist organisation committed to advance gender equality policies in France, Europe and globally.

We combine programme implementation, applied research, advocacy and movement-building, connecting grassroots realities with policy-level insights to ensure impactful and actionable outcomes.

In France, we run initiatives such as SAFE and Génération Féministes to support activists and foster civic engagement. A core focus of our work is analysing and countering backlash and anti-rights movements.
We specifically address gender-based violence against politically active women and LGBTIQ people, as well as online misogyny. Through research and publications, we provide evidence-based recommendations to policymakers and civil society. We contribute to European debates on democracy, far-right dynamics and feminist responses to democratic backsliding.
Our online resource centre equips activists and organisations with accessible tools and analysis. We actively engage with policymakers and civil society to influence public policy at national and European levels.
