About
The School of Arts and Cultural Heritage at New Vision University (NVU), Tbilisi, Georgia, is an interdisciplinary academic institution launching its BA in Sustainable Culture, Heritage and Innovation in September 2026. NVU is Georgia's leading private university with internationally aligned programmes across medicine, technology, business, and the arts.
The School holds an MoU with IGCAT (April 2026), is an active Erasmus+ CreateFuture partner, with institutional ties with Europa Nostra and Council of Europe Cultural Routes. Its Founding Dean is a former Deputy Minister of Culture of Georgia, former Chair of the Council of Europe CDCPP, and longstanding IGCAT Expert and Advisory Forum member. Levan is an internationally renowned expert in cultural policies and creative industries strategies. He is the member of the Cultural Policy Designers Network, thus one of the 35 cultural policy experts from 20 European countries. Levan has conducted evaluations, cultural policy reviews, projects and trainings, advised governments and cultural operators in more than 15 countries around the world.
As a Widening country HEI, NVU strengthens ERA geographic diversity and provides direct access to South Caucasus creative and cultural networks. The School actively seeks Horizon Europe Cluster 2 consortia across the 2026–2027 Work Program, with specific interest in:
