HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-DEMOCRACY-03 - Government in transition – how governments change the way they work and prepare the civil service for the future
Research logistician / Research coordinator at UCLouvain

About
The Centre Montesquieu d’études de l’action publique (CMAP) analyses the action, organisation and control of public authorities in Belgium, Europe and beyond. It brings together scholars in political and administrative sciences (ISPOLE) and in legal and litigation studies (JUR‑I).
Our research unit brings expertise in capacity building of civil servants (professional training), in digital administration and in particular in relation to the principles of good administration. We also contribute to pan‑European projects on the civil service and the common core and principles of administrative law, including the co‑editing of a forthcoming volume on pan‑European principles of good administration.
We also work on the professionalisation of civil servants in Wallonia, with a focus on procurement as well as a project on subcontracting practices in Wallonia (evidence-based policy making and policy recommendations).
Our specific skills are in a comparative approach and qualitative empirical methods (stakeholders' involvement, interviews).
We are available to join a consortium as partner for HORIZON‑CL2‑2026‑01‑DEMOCRACY‑03.
