About
We would be very interested in joining a consortium under the migration-related topics, in particular HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-08 and HORIZON-CL2-2027-01-TRANSFO-08, as these topics are strongly aligned with our current work and expertise. PCG Polska is currently coordinating EU4UA – A Comprehensive One-Stop Service for Refugees! a project funded under the Social Innovation Initiative, through which we are developing a comprehensive support model for Ukrainian refugees. The project focuses on service coordination, cooperation between public authorities and civil society organizations, and improving the alignment of support with the actual needs of beneficiaries.
At the moment, we are piloting the Blueprint developed within EU4UA, and the final version is expected to be ready by August. This gives us not only conceptual experience, but also practical insight into testing, refining, and validating integrated support solutions in real conditions. Through EU4UA, we have gained hands-on experience in designing user-centred approaches to refugee support and in working across sectors to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of services. We have also built a valuable partnership network that could be brought into a larger European consortium. For this reason, we see a strong match with these topics and would be glad to contribute to a consortium with our experience in migrant and refugee integration, service coordination, stakeholder cooperation, and the design of solutions that can be tested, adapted, and scaled in the field of migration management.
