About

We are looking to join a consortium for HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-10 on strengthening cooperation between SSH and STEM.

Our expertise lies in HRM, labour market research and organisational studies, with a focus on skills, workforce development and the impact of AI and emerging technologies on work and organisations. We apply qualitative and mixed-method approaches, including case studies, experimental designs and policy analysis.

We are particularly interested in contributing to the integration of SSH perspectives into STEM-driven research, focusing on skills, competencies, organisational change and the human dimension of technological transformation.

We are open to collaboration as a research partner or work package contributor.
