About
KSNET is an academic consuting company with over 10 years of experience supporting public authorities, third-sector organisations and private actors to design, improve and evaluate policies and programmes. We bring strong expertise in impact evaluation and economic evaluation, combining experimental and quasi-experimental methods, mixed-methods research, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, SROI, Theory of Change, and indicator development. We are particularly interested in contributing to HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-03, TRANSFO-04 and TRANSFO-09, building on our experience in child poverty, education, mental health, social services, disability and deinstitutionalisation, labour market and demographic challenges. We value collaborative consortium work and the co-development of useful evidence, tools and recommendations with stakeholders. While these calls are a strong fit, we are also open to other Cluster 2 topics where rigorous evaluation and economic analysis can strengthen project design, implementation and impact.
