About
Yalova University (Türkiye) and Skillman Network are seeking partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 2 (2026) proposals under themes related to inclusive education, digital transformation, and science communication.
We are particularly interested in developing collaborative projects addressing:

AI-supported learning and digital pedagogy

Skills development and micro-credentials aligned with the European Skills Agenda

Science communication, citizen engagement, and trust in research

Social inclusion, cultural participation, and lifelong learning pathways
Our team brings strong experience in Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and international capacity-building projects, with active roles in proposal writing, coordination, and implementation. We contribute with expertise in:

Through the Skillman Network (2500+ organisations), we offer access to a wide European ecosystem including VET providers, universities, industry actors, and innovation clusters.
