HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-10: SSH-STEM Impact Evaluation

International Project Manager, Pre-Award at Fundació Sant Joan de Déu - Social Innova

About

The Impact Unit of the Sant Joan de Déu Research Foundation works at the intersection of social and health sciences, aiming to generate, make visible, and explain the scientific, social, and economic impact of the research and innovation produced within the SJD ecosystem. Its activities include monitoring and impact evaluation, living lab and participatory methodologies, and the development of theories of change.
Our contribution to the Project:

  • Monitoring & impact evaluation: Contribute to the development of innovative monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess and strengthen SSH-STEM integration, particularly in health research and innovation, connecting societal needs with multidisciplinary solutions.

  • Facilitation & promotion: Pilot and validate SSH-STEM integration approaches through participatory and real-world methodologies, generating evidence on enabling factors, barriers, and successful practices for interdisciplinary R&I collaboration.

  • Science for policy: Support evidence-informed policy and advocacy actions targeting policymakers, research funders, researchers, and research managers to foster the scalability and adoption of SSH-STEM integration frameworks at local, national, and European levels.

Added value: Provide access to social innovation ecosystems, health research groups, and an ENoLL-certified Living Lab for co-creation, piloting, stakeholder engagement, and real-world validation of SSH-STEM integration methodologies
