HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-TRANSFO-04: The impact of the use of digital tools outside school and for communication on educational outcomes and mental health

PCG Polska can join an existing consortium as an education-sector implementation partner, supporting school recruitment, stakeholder engagement, piloting and translation of research into practical guidance for schools, parents and policymakers.

PCG brings concrete access and delivery channels: LIBRUS for reaching schools, teachers, parents and pupils; PCG Akademia / PCG Edukacja for training and capacity-building; and Generator Innowacji for testing and scaling practical solutions. Relevant experience includes Di2LEARN in digital education, GaGEN in game-based learning, BONDING in digital skills, GLITTER in educational transformation, and PREVEN / TRANSiTION in well-being and digital transformation.

PCG’s strongest fit is in research questions on how schools, educators and parents can guide healthy digital leisure use, and how findings on smartphones, social media and gaming can become usable tools, school guidelines, parent materials and policy recommendations.
