Are you preparing a proposal for the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 2 calls? The Pitch Presentation Session offers a unique opportunity to showcase your project idea, attract potential partners, and strengthen your consortium.

📌 What Is the Pitch Presentation Session?

The Pitch Presentation Session is a dedicated segment of the brokerage event where selected participants present their project ideas or collaboration offers related to the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 2 calls. This platform is ideal for:

  • Project Coordinators: Present your research or innovation ideas to find suitable partners.
  • Potential Partners: Share your expertise and express interest in joining consortia.

🧾 Submission Guidelines

To participate:

  1. Download the Template: Access the official presentation template in the downloads section at the bottom of this page.
  2. Prepare Your Presentation: Ensure your presentation:
    • Follows the provided template.
    • Does not exceed the specified number of slides.
    • Clearly outlines your project idea or collaboration offer.
  3. Submit Your Presentation: Send your completed presentation to Mr. Mikołaj Pyczak at mikolaj.pyczak@ncbr.gov.pl by 15 May 2026.

Note: Presentations that do not adhere to the template or exceed the slide limit may be rejected without review.

✅ Selection Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevance: Alignment with the 2026 Horizon Europe Cluster 2 call topics ONLY.
  • Interest Level: Potential to engage and attract participants.
  • Clarity: Clear articulation of objectives and collaboration needs.

Given the limited number of slots, not all submissions will be selected. Priority will be given to presentations that demonstrate strong relevance and potential for impactful collaboration.

⏱️ Presentation Format

  • Duration: Each presentation is limited to maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Presenter: The presentation should be delivered by the entity intending to coordinate the proposal.
  • Format: Presentations will be conducted ONSITE during second day of the event (2 June 2026).
