Parylene-coating system for biocompatible encapsulation under nitrogen
Professor Electrical Engineering, Electronics at NOVA: competence centre for novel electronics and advanced materials
Krefeld, Germany
About
Our new nitrogen glovebox process line comprises a wet deposition box with integrated spin-coater under laminar flow (ISO class 2 clean room), dry deposition box with a sputtering chamber (AC, DC and pulsed DC) and an evaporation chamber (thermal evaporators for organics and metals) as well as an integrated parylene-coating chamber for reliable and biocompatible / implantable deivce encapsulation. We offer the acess to the facility within scientific collaborations and are very open to projects and partnerships.
