About
Our Zeta View is a multiparameter devise. Size is derived by the Brownian motion of particles individually detected and tracked. In our device an automated mechanism moves camera-microscope-laser to allow multi-field measurements of up to 39 sub-volumes through an static sample cell. This unique automated design makes possible for example measurements in less than a minute, user independent autofocus and auto-alignment. Concentration is accurately determined by 3D scanning of the entire sample. The combined concentration scanning feature together with our mutiple-position measurement of size provides highly accurate data acquisition and statistically robust measurement results. Regarding bio-nanoparticle applications we can offer complete characterization of bio-particles like EV, exosomes, liposomes and more, including double positive fluorescent detection in the same particle e.g. colocalization in fluorescence NTA.
In all our zeta View devices laser and fluorescent filters can be easily change by click on the software.
Zeta View is available at the booth (Particle Metrix-PNOI K. Sismanidis Ltd) for short demonstrations. Make sure do not miss the information attached about our latest Zeta View: Zeta View EVolution.
