About
With its roll-to-roll spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) machine, Kalpana Systems enable the high throughput production of nanocoatings. The technology can be used to form ultra thin and pinhole free barrier layers that can providde ultimate protection against moisture and oxygen from the environment. The technology can also be used to deposit electron or hole transport layers, or buffer layers within a perovskite solar cell stack.
