About Us

MAITEK PLUS LLC is an engineering company from Ukraine, founded in 2011. We specialize in energy-efficient technologies and innovative solutions for the decarbonization of buildings and industrial facilities. With over 13 years of expertise, we develop and manufacture smart systems for heat storage, energy management, and sustainability optimization.

Our R&D infrastructure includes a private laboratory of 1200 m² equipped with a full-scale testing ground and a professional weather station. This allows us to simulate real-world scenarios and validate energy-saving performance under actual climate conditions.

Flagship Technology – STEPS System

STEPS (System of Thermal Energy Packed Storage) is our proprietary solution designed to reduce heating costs and CO₂ emissions for buildings and industrial processes. It operates as an intelligent buffer that stores thermal energy during off-peak or renewable generation periods and delivers it efficiently when needed.

We are looking for partners in Romania and the EU interested in piloting our STEPS system in real environments — especially:

We aim to join Romanian and EU-based energy, green tech, smart city, and construction clusters to build long-term cooperation and engage in transnational projects.
