About
At Domca, a company specialized in clean label solutions for the agri-food industry, we are seeking partners to collaborate on a project focused on the development, validation, and application of natural preservatives as alternatives to conventional synthetic additives.
The goal is to identify and formulate naturally derived functional ingredients with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, assess their effectiveness across various food matrices, and ensure their alignment with current consumer demands for safety, sustainability, and clean labeling.
