Ermetal is a supplier of automotive manufacturers such as Fiat, Renault, Ford, Toyota and TOGG. Ermetal is mainly focused on sheet metal of; manufacturing by cold stamping and assembly by welding and assembly of steering column. Also, manufacturing is supported by many operations such as lifting of heavy metals by cranes, transporting materials by forklifts, robotic support of the lines, machining, quality control, planning and pricing. Our R&D center supports the development of Ermetal’s manufacturing and operational technologies. We have completed two projects supported by ITEA in the field of distributed control of material handling and digital twin of stamping machine. We have two more projects supported by ITEA and HORIZON in the field of pricing of complex products and welding datas of stainless steels are ongoing. We are also interested in additive manufacturing of spare parts of machines and customized dies. We have a project supported by HORIZON in the field of material characterizastion of stainless steels. We have good experience in colloboration of international projects. We want to keep the technologies used in our production lines up to date. For this reason, we are looking for new collaborations on integration of new technologies to industrial applications where we will be in the role of end user.
