Digital signature for a paperless world

At the University of Padua, with a colleague I implement and manage electronic signature solutions, from ideation to deployment to the internal client(s).

This includes analyzing the current internal processes of the organization that could be digitized, collecting (and storing for reference) requirements from stakeholders (often coordinating the technical and legal side, which are intertwined in e-signature processes), looking for solutions in the market, procuring them and deploying them to internal clients.

Given the size of our organization (about 5,500 employees) we feature various e-signature solutions, according to the specific process/case.
