Request for fund source for research and academics

I have developed my research proposal and lacked an opportunity for attending my PhD program from the employing organization. Despite, the long term Ethiopia's political and civil unrest, the country in general and my current organization in particular lacks financial stability even to conduct regular development and research activities. I am also face financial problems to undertake it by own. So any institutions and organizations standing with and support my career interest is warmly welcomed and strongly appreciated.
