MSCA Doctoral Networks

The University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" is the leading public university in Kosovo, committed to excellence in education, scientific research, innovation, and international cooperation. The University offers Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral programmes across a wide range of disciplines and actively participates in European research and innovation initiatives.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has extensive expertise in manufacturing technologies, additive manufacturing, advanced materials, machining processes, CAD/CAM/CNC systems, metrology, industrial automation, and Industry 4.0. Our research focuses on sustainable manufacturing, process optimization, surface engineering, materials characterization, and digital manufacturing.

The Faculty is equipped with modern laboratories supporting advanced manufacturing research, including CNC machining systems, additive manufacturing technologies, metrology and quality control equipment, materials testing facilities, CAD/CAM laboratories, and digital engineering tools. Academic staff have extensive experience in international research collaboration, Horizon Europe and MSCA projects, scientific publishing, doctoral supervision, and cooperation with industrial partners.

We are interested in joining MSCA Doctoral Networks 2026 consortia as a beneficiary or associated partner. We offer excellent research infrastructure, experienced supervisors, opportunities for doctoral training, secondments, interdisciplinary research, and collaboration with both academic and industrial partners. We welcome cooperation with universities, research institutes, SMEs, and companies to develop innovative research projects and train the next generation of researchers.
