Postdoctoral Research & iPSC Specialization Opportunity Sought in Neuroscience / Neurodegeneration

Associate Professor of Physiology at Erciyes University

KAYSERİ, Türkiye

About

As a tenured Associate Professor of Physiology with over a decade of hands-on expertise in in vivo electrophysiology (LTP/LTD/metaplasticity), rodent behavioral phenotyping, and molecular signaling cascades (Akt/GSK3β, MAPK pathways, and Tau phosphorylation), I am seeking to pivot my career toward international postdoctoral research stays.

My primary goal is to contribute my rigorous in vivo electrophysiological and molecular background to an advanced laboratory while gaining comprehensive, hands-on expertise in human iPSC models and neural stem cell technologies applied to neurodegenerative diseases. Since moving into iPSC models naturally shifts the technical window, I am highly enthusiastic and fully open to learning and adapting to in vitro electrophysiology techniques (such as patch-clamp or Multielectrode Arrays - MEA) to seamlessly complement my existing research background.

I am highly motivated to join MSCA Doctoral Networks as an experienced researcher/academic partner or collaborate with host institutions for fellowship applications (MSCA-PF, national, or institutional funding). Fully open to dedicated postdoctoral researcher positions.
