DEC Communication Partner for MSCA DN

KOM Agency provides end-to-end communication, dissemination and exploitation (DEC) support for Horizon Europe Doctoral Networks — from proposal stage through the mandatory post-programme period.

Our mandate covers the full DEC lifecycle: strategic planning aligned with the Work Package leader and PIs, visual identity and branding, website development and hosting (across three phases: kick-off, recruitment, and full operational), social media management, newsletter production, and video content — including institutional films and individual doctoral candidate portraits.

We also deliver in-house training sessions tailored to research consortia: scientific outreach workshops, Pitch my PhD formats, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness sessions designed for early-stage researchers.

Our track record is measurable: 2 completed Doctoral Networks (H2020 calls 2018), 1 active network (MSCA-DN call 2023), and 2 funded networks launching in September 2026 (MSCA-DN call 2025) — all three 2025 candidatures achieved the maximum Impact score, with explicit commendation on the DEC plan in the evaluation reports.

We work on a modular, tiered model — consortia activate specific service modules according to their needs and budget — with a 6-month trial period and semiannual billing. All mandates include 24 months of post-programme digital maintenance.
