Augmentifai is a Canadian deep-tech AI company building the end-to-end reliability platform for Physical AI — robots, drones, autonomous vehicles, and industrial automation systems.

We are creating the Autonomous Systems Reliability and Optimization (ASRO) category: a new class of software that sits between observability and simulation, automatically diagnosing why autonomous systems fail and closing the loop from field failure to verified fix.

The Problem When a robot fails in the field, finding the root cause is extraordinarily hard. The failure could originate in software logic, hardware, firmware, or the physical environment — yet today's tools only look at one layer at a time. Engineers spend 25–50% of their time manually reviewing logs and debugging, at a cost of $1,000–$22,000 per minute in downtime. We call this the Context Gap: robots have perfect memory of their internal software state, but zero memory of the physical reality that caused the failure.

The Solution — The Synapse Platform Augmentifai's Synapse Platform detects anomalies, diagnoses root causes across all system layers (hardware, software, firmware, environment), reconstructs failure scenarios as simulation-ready digital twins, and automatically converts field failures into regression tests — creating a closed-loop reliability cycle.

Our platform is composed of 5 product solutions targeting different buyers, from fleet operations managers to CTOs — deployable as a Black-Box sidecar with no source code access required.

Traction & Backing Synapse Debugger v1 is built and ready for beta. We are backed by Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) and Next AI, with advisors from NVIDIA, University of Toronto, and Lund University. The founding team brings 30+ years of combined experience from Volvo, GM, Avidbots, and the IAEA.
