PhD in technical sciences in the field of underwater systems operation (Polish Naval Academy). Completed master's degree in engineering specializing in marine electronics systems (Gdańsk University of Technology). Graduate of postgraduate MBA studies in cybersecurity and digital services management (Polish Naval Academy). Almost 20 years of experience in the defense industry, in particular in the implementation of research, development and implementation works related to the security of critical maritime infrastructure. Actively works in expert groups in the areas of defense and security, at the national and international level. Currently, he serves as the director of the Platform and Systems Development Division at OBR Centrum Techniki Morskiej S.A.
