About me
Julie OLIVIER is a special advisor for the Department of Coastal, Marine and Polar Research at the Project Management Agency of the Research Center Jülich, which supports the implementation of German governmental programmes. She currently serves at the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership, a cooperation instrument under Horizon Europe bringing more than 30 countries together to advance a competitive, regenerative and resilient blue economy with innovative solutions, evidence-based knowledge and coherent ocean governance. As international liaising officer in Brussels, she contributes to strategic processes and the co-design of activities. She has more than a decade of experience in political affairs and holds two Master Degrees on “European Politics and International Relations” and “European Politics” from Sciences Po Strasburg, France, and Hong Kong Baptist University, China.
