Altarocca Olive Oil

Our olive trees are grown exclusively according to the principles of organic farming to guarantee the conservation of the soil characteristics and the natural balance and biodiversity of the surrounding environment.

Our olive grove is fertilized exclusively with natural products and enriched by means of grassing, while the harvest is strictly performed manually to guarantee the integrity of the olives, which are swiftly transferred to the brand new oil mill, next to the olive grove, where they are then cold-pressed.
