As in every home, the kitchen and dining room are the most vital places, here there is in fact the Vespasia Restaurant. The menu never lacks a plate of fresh tagliolini with a shower of black truffle that perfumes the whole room, even if there is room for the creativity of chef Fabio Cappiello. Of course, the restaurant is certainly one of the points of honor, complete with a green Michelin star, while the unforgettable breakfast is reserved for staying guests. Vincenzo and Federico, the two brothers who conceived and raised this small hotel, tell it at length orally or in writing in the menu: «It's what grandmother prepared for us, with homemade jams, hot bread, raw ham from Norcia, cakes freshly baked, different every day according to inspiration and season". There is no rhetoric in this childhood memory, on the contrary, one is happy to share it by dining with many good and genuine things.
