Passeri Tartufi was born in the mid-1980s from the passion of its founder who, at the time a factory worker, would spend his free hours foraging for truffles with his loyal companion Pippo. Respect for tradition and professionalism soon became the fundamental pillars of this business.

The love and enthusiasm for working with this magnificent tuber inspired his children as well, who quickly embraced the same passion and decided to join the company. Their arrival brought a wave of contemporaneity, modernity, curiosity, and the drive to research and innovate.

One son’s passion for travel, for world cuisines, and for discovering new flavors led the Passeri Tartufi brand to embark on a new journey: speaking a modern language, with the aim of blending his two greatest passions – Truffles and Travel. From these passions we created a term that represents us: “TRUFLER” – from Truffle and Traveler – and our motto “WE ARE #TRUFLER.”

Beyond merging these passions, all our activities are aimed at sharing authentic Italian flavors enriched by global influences. Through the export of carefully selected, strictly Made in Italy products to international markets, we bring to family tables a wonderful mix of traditions, innovations, aromas, and unique sensations.
