Solè Bitter is a bright yellow Mediterranean bitter with a fresh, aromatic and elegant profile. It combines citrus notes of bitter orange, mandarin and orange with Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme, savory and mint. Roman wormwood gives the product its refined bitter structure, while selected spices add complexity, freshness and a subtle spicy finish.
