The Vincenzo Marvulli Company is located in Matera, Basilicata. The company is certified organic by ICEA and produces artisanal, but genuine and high-quality products. Its main products are organic extra virgin olive oil, organic "Senatore Capelli" durum wheat pasta, and organic spelt pasta. The company produces two types of oil: Ogliarola del Bradano and Coratina. The chemical values ​​are excellent: 0.1–0.2 acidity, 4–5 peroxide values, and over 600 polyphenols. The fruity, green oil is elegant with hints of aromatic herbs, green almond, and artichoke.
