Moscato Grapes harvested by hand in our farm in Corato.

First year of production: 2022.

Alcohol content: 12.50 Vol.

product format: glass bottle of 750 ml

Alcoholic Fermentation at 11°. Productione of the cuvèè and bottling with liquer de tirage. Refermentation in the bottle in a constant temperature environment. Aging sur liè for 9 -12 mounths and subsequent disgorgment pa dosè with residual sugar less than 4g/l.

Number of bottles produced in the 2022: 500 bottles.

New production 2023: 700 bottles.

Packaging type: cardboard.
