NUOVA SIMACH SRL is based in Turin area in Italy and deals with tooling design and construction (80 new tooling per year) and cold stamping of metal parts since 1977 (we produce more than 40 million pieces per month).We are leaders in the contacts, fastons, also selectively treated, on tape and on finished piece. We produce busbars, brackets, supports, shields, safety belts and, especially after vehicle electrification, we are specialized in copper and aluminium stamping parts from 0.07mm to 6mm in thickness.We support from co–design to: prototypes, laser welding, assemblies, vacuum packaging.Thanks to external cooperations we provide all kind of treatments (surface treatments, total and selective treatments) such as: Coating, insulation, galvanizing, tinning, nickel plating, silver and gold selective plating, gilding, varnishing, degreasing, burnishing etc..We are direct supplier of the Volkswagen group (including Lamborghini), Ferrari and TIER 2 for all other OEM.
