ANALISIS-DSC is a Spanish SME engineering services company, we have more than 220 projects developed and more than 185 customers so far. We are located in Madrid and we can provide:

 • Basic Engineering.

• Failure Engineering.

• Analysis and Optimization of Industrial Processes.

• Scale up/Scale down Industrial Processes.

• Ventilation Analysis and Optimization (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Fire Safety).

To provide those analysis, we use different CAE software tools: Computational fluid Dynamic (CFD), mechanical-structural (FEA) and granular flows (DEM) to analyze fluid, mechanical, and granular flows including coupled phenomena as heat transfer, chemical reactions, turbulence, etc. We develop digital twins and we have done it for several European projects already.

We have experience in H2020/HE projects. We already finished a SPIRE project about process intensification (IbD project), and 4 other H2020 projects: one related to digitalization of detergents customization (DIY4U), another about biorrefineries (BIOSPRINT), another about nanotechnology (nanoPAT) and last june we ended a project about solar thermal energy (ASTEP). We developed another DIGICIRC project about digital twins for fast detection of bacteria in fresh food storage locations, DIVINE about sharing agricultural data (we are a case study with fields in the South part of Spain). We are currently working in 4 Horizon Europe projects: SUSHEAT related to heat pumps, EXCEED about lithium recovery, FUELGAE about biorefining (biofuel from algae), STARHAUS about tailor made manufacturing for fertilizers, pet food, breakfast cereals and beverages following New European Bauhaus principles. Last year we were awarded in a Horizon Europe project about SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuels) and in a CETP about wind energy (AIDT4WIND) and last june we were awarded in 2 new Projects related to circularity and sustainability.

We are interested in participating in more EU projects.
