Kaysra

Kaysra is a modular cloud platform for academic laboratories, core facilities and biotechnology companies. We help research teams organise scientific data, execute reproducible analyses and collaborate within a shared workspace, reducing the need to build and maintain their own computational infrastructure. The platform connects data management, analysis workflows and scalable computing. Researchers can organise projects, upload datasets, run analyses and explore results, while retaining access to their original data, intermediate outputs and final results. Role-based access, multi-factor authentication and audit capabilities support controlled collaboration and traceability. We are launching our initial Alpha program focusing on flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing. Dedicated modules for bulk RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics are currently under development, with radiomics included in our longer-term roadmap. Each module is designed around the needs of its scientific discipline, with the broader ambition of connecting complementary data modalities within a consistent research environment.

We are actively seeking academic and industrial collaborations to develop, refine and finalise our bulk RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics modules. We welcome partners who can contribute real datasets, scientific requirements and structured feedback to evaluate workflows and guide product development. We are also interested in the joint development of bioinformatics pipelines and multi-omics analyses, including approaches that integrate transcriptomic, single-cell, spatial and other complementary molecular data to address specific biological questions. Collaboration opportunities include Alpha pilots, design partnerships, workflow benchmarking and joint research projects.
Alongside the platform, we could offer bioinformatics consulting services, including custom pipeline development, data analysis and support with the computational design of research studies. These services can complement platform subscriptions or support standalone scientific projects.
