Neuromodulation — Seeking Investment and Co-development Partners

iAvoxel is seeking investors and scientific and industrial co-development partners for its neuromodulation project.

The proposed partnership would structure the next development steps around an agreed intended use, technical requirements and evaluation plan. Depending on the project assessment, discussions may cover prototype development, technical testing, safety and performance evaluation, and preparation for future clinical evaluation with appropriately qualified teams and institutions.

We welcome discussions with investors, medical technology companies, research teams and partners with relevant neuromodulation expertise. Potential arrangements include investment and co-funded development, with complementary contributions and clear benefits for each partner.

The funding requirement, financing structure, milestones and allocation of resources would be defined after a detailed project review. Responsibilities, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality and financial terms would be agreed together.

Detailed technical information can be discussed within an appropriate confidentiality framework. Development and any future clinical use remain subject to the applicable evaluation and authorisation requirements.
