Partnering Opportunity: Repurposed Epigenetic Drugs for Age-Related Degenerative Diseases

ADAPTherapeutics is a University of Padova spin-off developing disease-modifying therapies for age-related degenerative diseases. Our proprietary platform identifies, from human patient samples, the molecular signatures of pathological genomic remodeling. It then screens already-commercialized compounds through Drug-seq and computational analysis to find those able to reverse it. Our pipeline includes vorinostat (SAHA), decitabine and JQ1, now in pre-clinical validation.

We are looking for partners to accelerate the path to the clinic. With pharma and biotech companies, we seek co-development, licensing and indication expansion agreements on our assets and platform. With research and clinical institutions, we seek access to patient cohorts, samples and pre-clinical models. With investors, we are opening our pre-seed/seed round.
